AI in EI ("the App") is a clinical reference tool for Early Intervention clinicians. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what information we collect (very little) and how we handle it.
AI in EI does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. The App does not require an account, login, or registration. There are no analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party data collection tools embedded in the App.
The App runs entirely in your browser or as a native app wrapper. All clinical content is delivered to your device and can be accessed offline. No patient data, clinical notes, or personal health information is ever entered into, processed by, or stored by the App.
The App may store data locally on your device using standard browser caching and service worker technology to enable offline access. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party.
Purchases made through our website are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store or have access to your credit card number or payment details. Stripe's privacy policy can be found at stripe.com/privacy.
Purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple. We do not receive or store any payment information from App Store purchases. Apple's privacy policy can be found at apple.com/legal/privacy.
The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, or data collection services. We do not sell, share, or transfer your information to any third party.
The App is designed for use by licensed healthcare professionals. It is not intended for use by children and does not knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.
AI in EI is a clinical reference tool only. It does not store, process, or transmit protected health information (PHI). Clinicians should not enter any patient-identifiable information into the App. The App is not a covered entity under HIPAA and is not intended to be used as an electronic health record or documentation system.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
